SUPERIOR PRODUCT QUALITY
Mangal TMT is produced through the primary Steel Melting route using the best quality Iron Ore and Imported Coal. It is subsequently pro-cessed through DRI Plant, Induction Furnace IF), Ladle Refining Furnace and Continuously Cast into Billets. The resultant Steel is of Superior Quality containing no harmful ingredients and ensures the desired and consistent properties in TMT Bars. The Cast Billets are rolled in the most advanced Rolling Mill equipped with computer-controlled process monitoring devices to ensure uniform Properties in each TMT Bars.
PURE STEEL
Mangal TMT is produced in Fe - 500D & Fe - 550D grade as per IS :1786. However, its Carbon levels are maintained at lower side of the specification, which results in excellent ductility, high bendability, better corrosion resistant and superior weldability. The undesirable impurities ( like Sulphur and Phosphorous and other tramp elements that impair overall longevity of MT Bars inside construction, are also maintained at much lower than specification. This is possible because of purity of Steel of Mangal TMT, which is 100% processed through Primary steel making route.
